Do you service all pool cover brands?
Yes! We service all types, colors, and brands of covers. We carry all parts and mechanisms needed to repair and maintain your pool cover.
What are your operating hours?
Our office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.
How does the billing process work?
We simply take payment when the work is done according to the satisfaction of the customer.
Do the covers come in multiple colors?
Absolutely! There are 10 colors to choose from and they can be found by clicking here.
Does the system come with warranties?
Yes! There are several warranties from the cover to the motor that operates the system. You can find more warranty info by clicking here.
What should my pool’s water level be?
Your pool’s water level is extremely important for the life of the cover and your pool. The water level should be at the middle of the skimmer during the swim season (March-September), and it should be just below the skimmer during the non-swim season (October-February).
